Step 1. Proposal approval
1) Please send in the signed services quote proposal
2) We send you a quote and the first bill for a
1/3 payment of quoted fees to start website’s design.
3) The design stage starts.
Design Stage
The purpose of he Design stage is to develop and complete the main “look”, layout and basic navigation for your web site. At this point you'll receive a mockup from us and the production is approved by you. By the end of the Design stage, you will have a good representation of what your web site is going to look like.
1) Select the package that you need from our list, or e-mail us for a quote. First payment due, usually a third of your quoted design and production quoted fees.
2) Send us your ideas, logo, text, photos and the images that you want placed in your site. We'll need also a basic diagram with the navigation that you need, we can help you to find the best way to organize your site.
3) We'll send you a mock up based upon the specifics you submitted to us.
4) Give us your feedback and we'll make all the necessary adjustments testing your site for web usability and optimal navigation.
5) You approve the design and we move onto the Production stage.
Step 2. Proposal approved
Production stage
It will take one to two weeks to finish your site, depending upon how quickly we receive your content, text, images and navigation diagrams and how large is the site.
Items required from you:
Word page or pages, outlining your spell-checked text and pictures needed for every page, if you want some text used as a link, please underline it and note the link, a CD (or email attachments) with all of your “ready for web” images resized and color optimized. Note: Please make sure that your filenames correspond exactly to what you have specified in your Word document.
Note: In order to avoid any unnecessary further charges, please make sure that you have thoroughly proofread and spell-checked your text and have looked over your images prior to submission (if you have submitted payment for our copyrighting services or image manipulation then we will help you at this point to configure your text and photos.)
Second payment is due.
Step 3. Final delivery and training
Web site completion
Once we are finished designing the web site or provided any other design service, we'll send you a low resolution image of your final design and your final aproval and we'll require your remaining balance, we'll bill you or you can use GoogleCart (if not paid already.)
When we receive your final approval we then are able to put the web site live on your actual URL and the project is considered complete. We'll provide one hour of free web maintenance training (regular $45 an hour)
