New Horizons assists single parents and displaced homemakers to attain their vocational goals. This is the place to come for educational and career counseling, campus and community referrals, a single parent support group, help in purchasing textbooks, not to mention a smile and encouragement when you are ready to throw in the towel.

We can help you to set the short-term goals required by CalWORKs in such a way that you are building the basis for achieving your long-term career goals.
